No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • This policy includes all products, whether opened, unopened, or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at sales@letszol.co.za or call 082 055 4362.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion in cases of shipping damage or errors.
